Starting out with the following new members being nominated for full fellowship in the Waycross Curbside Pharmaceutical Association (WCPA):

The grand prize winner today for the WCPA consists of 2 fine church going folk. Congratulations to Samuel Wayne Thompson Jr., age 29, from the 2600 block of Virginia Avenue and Amber Nicole Ragland, age 23, from the 3600 block of Squirrel Bridge Road. These brilliant young adults were captured in their “rolling meth lab” after a burned out headlight lead police to make the traffic stop. Inside the vehicle were the components used to make methamphetamine, along with oxycodone, valium and other assorted Schedule IV pills, and………. A HANDGUN!

William Petty, age 32, from Waycross GA was admitted into the BCPA (Blackshear Curbside Pharmaceutical Association) after a tag light violation lead to a lot of traffic violations along with possession of Schedule III narcotics and possession of Schedule III narcotics with intent to distribute.

Welcome Luther Jerome Grayer, age 20, from the housing projects at 301 Garlington Avenue, Apartment 72. Grayer was welcomed into the WCPA with charges of attempts to distribute marijuana, obstruction of an officer, and littering.

Welcome Dalton Andrew Basile, age 21, from the 5600 block of Hubbard Lane. After the traffic stop, Basile was awarded charges of possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs, possession of pills not in their original container, and possession of marijuana. The driver of the vehicle, Katylin B Weathersbee, age 21, from the 2500 block of Ternest Road was arrested for driving without a license.

Welcome Alfred McElroy, age 47, from 724 Senate Street, after your awards of possession of Schedule III drugs, possession of drugs not in their original container, possession of drug related objects, giving a false name, walking in the middle of a highway causing a hazard, and wearing a mask in public.

Welcome to Melvin Lee Dennis, age 47, from 606 Owens Street with your prizes of possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug related objects. Dennis was arrested while riding his bicycle on the wrong side of the road.

Welcome to Misty Margaret Wildes, age 27, from HISTORIC 604 Hicks Street with your possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, along with possession of a controlled substance within 1000 feet of public housing, a stop sign violation, driving without a tag, and no insurance. Also welcomed into the WCPA were the other passengers in the vehicle, Kimmie Williams, age 25, from 1026 Walter Street, who was charged with 2 drug offenses, and also Hozea Hill Jr., age 25, from 207 Stetson Street who was charged with 2 drug offenses as well. All this started when Misty ran that stop sign on Martin Luther King Drive.

Welcome to Roger Wayne Brogdon, age 45, from 2188 Memorial Drive for the liberation of 2 Dyson vacuum cleaners from Walmart. Brogdon tried to scam the clerks with a receipt, but an alert store employee caught on and saved the day.

A big welcome to Joshua Tyler Wolfe, age 18, from 6804 Greenfield Lane in nearby Blackshear. Wolfe is charged with armed liberation and aggravated assault for his antices on Carswell Avenue when attempting to get drugs, and then liberating a wallet and cell phone. Wolfe is said to have made his victim remove his pants as well. You are going to get plenty of that “pants down” action when you make the big house boy!

Welcome to Dewayne Johnson, age 43, from 908 Frances Street for your capture connected with the liberation of a computer and cash from the 100 block of Regan Circle.

Welcome Darryl Lajuana Walker, age 27, from 911 I Street. Walker is reported to have liberated a nail gun and pawning it.

Welcome to Cleveland Fair, age 33, from the trailerhood in the 1900 block of Carswell Avenue. Fair is accused of liberating 2 vehicles and selling them at the magic recycle facility for cash.

Welcome to Alice Barnett, age 36, from 1306 Abner Street with your charges of liberating vehicles from peoples yard and selling them at the local “magic” recycle facility.

Welcome Timothy Wayne McKenzie, age 27, from McDonald Street for liberating money from the cash register at the convenience store in the 1900 block of State Street.

On to the thuggery, liberations, bear activity, and general mayhem around town we have:

More thuggery as a local man was shot and dumped in the parking lot of the Satilla Regional Medical Center. Witnesses report that they saw a silver Mercedes drive into the parking lot and saw a colored male push the victim out of the car. After talking with the victim, the police stated that the victim was walking down Mary Street when approached by two colored males in a Buick. The colored men shot the victim several times, liberated his shoes, his hooded jacket and his money.

Armed robbery in the 800 block of Bay Street as four men playing cards were visited by 3 colored liberators who came in with guns drawn and liberated them from their cash.

Shots fired! In the 6500 block of the Dixie Union Road (US1) at a Papa’s Deli, a man leaving the store heard a shot fired and something whiz past his head.

Big thuggery action going on at the Southern Georgia Regional Commission Council building as a package containing white powder and a threatening note was received. A big evacuation, massive police and fire presence, hazmat suits, and more as the FBI, GBI, and CBRNE were all involved.

Shots fired in the 600 block of Cherokee Avenue as 5 windows house windows were shot. Suspects in the event are two youth with a BB gun.

A battery was liberated from a vehicle in the 100 block of Pecan Road.

Property recovered on the Telmore-Dixie Union Road as a concerned citizen saw papers littering the ground. Upon checking on them, he found they were papers from a house in a community that had been liberated.

Terroristic threats and acts charges were awarded to Jackie Roosevelt Dotson, age 36, from 911 Pittman Street. Dotson (and his bag of rocks) were throwing rocks at passing traffic on Memorial Drive.

A purse containing a quantity of morphine tablets and other drugs was allegedly liberated from a car parked in the 100 block of Screven Avenue.

Liberators visited the 500 block of HISTORIC Gilmore Street and helped themselves to a tool set, a model car, clothing and assorted furniture.

Jewelry valued at over $6,000.00 was liberated from a residence in the 4600 block of Oak View Circle, however all of the rings, diamonds, etc. were recovered from a local pawn shop.

Liberators visited a business in the 4800 block of the Valdosta highway and helped themselves to feeders, a pressure washer, an outboard motor, tools, oil, diesel fuel, and more.

Two fine church-going youth, age 16 years old, were arrested for terroristic threats against a school administrator at the Ware County High School. After the threats were discovered on facebook, the investigation began, and both were charged with making terroristic threats. You boys just ain’t too bright are you?

Liberations in the 300 block of Pineview as tools were scored and then later pawned.

Criminal damages in the 2600 block of Alice Street as a brick attacked a vehicle.

Jewelry liberated from the 2800 block of Pebble Hill Road and has been found in the local pawn shops.

Animal cruelty charges awaiting someone who shot a dog on Central Avenue.

A trampoline was liberated from the 4000 block of Albany Avenue.

Financial card fraud charges were awarded to April Ross, age 33, from 1110 Cleo Street, Apartment B, after she obtained some debit card information and liberated funds from the cards via her purchases.

Liberation by taking in the 4000 block of Memorial Drive as cash went missing from a wallet.

Congratulations to Riley Garrett Woodard, age 25, from 2900 S Lakeview Drive after your vehicle crash. Combine Woodard, alcohol, and a truck and you have a nice wreck and DUI charges.

Liberators scored a computer and mouse from a business in the 400 block of St. Marys Drive.

Crime in the 600 block of HISTORIC Gilmore Street as materials being used in the remodeling of a house were liberated.

Alleged liberations by an employee of a local business as bank deposits never made it to the bank.

A Sony Playstation PSP liberated from the 100 block of Union Street.

A large amount of cash and a cell phone liberated from a vehicle parked in the 2400 block of Spurgeon Street.

3 engines and a mobile home tongue were liberated from a residence in the Beach Area.

A 1998 Buick was liberated from the 1300 block of Abner Street.

Two vehicles in the 600 block of Pendelton Street had windows broken out and GPS units liberated.

An employee is accused of liberating money at a drive-through restaurant in the 2200 block of Memorial Drive.

Liberation by deception as several items found in a pawn shop were reported to have been liberated from Brantley County.

The 1500 block of South City Boulevard was visited by liberators who scored a chainsaw and cash.

Liberations and damages in the 2000 block of Nola Street as a home was entered and a vehicle parked outside had a shattered window.

The 3400 block of the Manor-Millwood Road had a Southland Waste trash can liberated.

Liberations in the 4500 block of the Jamestown Road as gold jewelry, charms, earrings, rings, watches, and more were liberated.

A Cadillac Deville that had been liberated from the 5300 block of Blue Spruce Road in neighboring Pierce County was recovered in the 4300 block of Albany Avenue.

Liberators visited a residence in the 400 block of Beaton Lane and came home to find the door open, with the couch, loveseat, lamps, and stereo speakers liberated.

The 600 block of Walker Street was home to a vehicle that was loaned to a friend, who then sold the car. What a friend!

In the 1600 block of the Astoria Road, a Suzuki motorcycle was liberated.

A riding lawnmower was liberated from the 1800 block of Pine Valley Road.

Vehicle parts were liberated from the 200 block of Gilmore Drive.

The 3000 block of Sage Street was visited by liberators that scored a laptop computer, Ralph Lauren shirts, and cologne.

Welcome to the WCPA to Harold Angell, age 31, from 1601 Mercer Road, along with his passenger, Gloria Sell, age 50. Awards include possession of crack cocaine, tag violations, and Angell was also awarded charges of being a fugitive from justice as he is wanted in Jacksonville FL for liberation charges.

Welcome Gerald Milton, age 38, from the 1419 address of HISTORIC Marion Street for your crack cocaine charges, along with intent to distribute, and possession of crack cocaine within 1000 feet of a park.

Welcome Casey Lynn Sheppard, age 24, from 113 Abbott Avenue in nearby Brunswick for your felony liberation by shoplifting charges, obstruction of an officer, and criminal trespass charges were awarded. Here’s where it gets even better. The criminal trespass charges were awarded because Sheppard has been banned from EVERY WALMART STORE FOR LIFE! Now that’s amusing.

Catherine Geneva Thomas, age 35, from 322 Elbert Wilson Road in Waynesville, also arrested at Walmart for more of that felony liberation by shoplifting action that she had going on.

Joseph Kincey, age 52, from 901 Darling Avenue admitted into the WLS after entering a vehicle in the 200 block of Franklin Street and liberating some cash.

Zelphie Marie Murray Merritt, age 39, from the 4800 block of Peagler Crossing along with John Allen Young, age 43, from the 2600 block of Prescott Street were both welcomed into the WLS. Prizes include entering auto, and liberation by receiving liberated property.

Welcome to Kristofer Dan Kent, age 23, from nearby Homerville, for your charges of liberation after your monkey shines in nearby Argyle and your liberation of the convenience store.

Felony liberation by shoplifting got Joseph Lewis Stewart, age 35, from 907 Johanna Street admitted into the WLS. After liberating two computers and a Coco-Cola from Walmart, the pop was alerted, the traffic stop was made, and the liberated merchandise was found.

Forgery charges along with liberations gained Andrew Bennett, age 34, from 5448 Bennett Road into the WLS. Liberation of checks from his former employee and then cashing them were not too bright.

On to the thuggery, liberations, bear activity, and general mayhem around town we have:

A good old fashioned beat-down on HISTORIC Reynolds Street (South GA Parkway) as several colored men put the beat-down on a man walking along the road and then liberated his bicycle.

A good old fashioned cutting in the 1200 block of Elizabeth Street. Two females, an argument, and then the fun began.

A home invasion on Zion Hill Church Road as a man heard bumping sounds in his kitchen and went to investigate. Finding a man in his kitchen, the homeowner grabbed his shotgun and chased the man as he fled, firing shots in the air. A waste of bullets……..

Aggravated assault and shots fired on Albany Avenue as four people were chasing a man and tried to liberate his cell phone and other items. A shot was fired at the victim, and he was taken to Satilla Regional Medical Center for treatment.

More aggravated assault charges and shots fired as a person was shot during a party in the 1900 block of Charles Street. A fight broke out, the guns started blazing, and here we go to the hospital.

Armed liberation in the 1700 block of Carswell Avenue as two victims were walking along when three people drove up and asked for drugs. The three got out of the vehicle, along with the knives and the guns. The gun was pointed at one of the walkers who was forced to remove his pants, along with his cell phone and wallet being liberated.

In the 600 block of HISTORIC Eads Street, a Yamaha four wheeler was liberated.
A TV was liberated from the 900 block of HISTORIC Lee Avenue.

450 pounds of pecans have been liberated from a business in the 700 block of Memorial Drive.

Prescription drugs, along with jewelry and clothing was liberated from the trailerhood in the 2100 block of West Jackson Street.

And someone is going straight to Hell for this one. A wooden cross that was a part of Christmas decorations was liberated from a mobile mansion in the 4500 block of Oak View Circle.

A 60 inch flat screen TV and JVC theater system were liberated from a house in the 400 block of Beaton Lane. A 60 inch TV on Beaton Lane? That’s worth more than the house is.

The 5400 block of Fawn Road had a Polaris four wheeler and a rear wheel tiller liberated.

Criminal damages in the 4400 block of McDaniel Street as a Toyota vehicle was damaged.

Liberation? In the 400 block of Tebeau Street as a woman reported to police that she withdrew $1100.00 from her bank account, drove off, and found that she had an empty envelope. Bank tellers state that it was not empty when she left.

A battery was liberated from the 3900 block of Seymore Road.

A Radio Flyer wagon liberated from the 7400 block of the Albany Highway.

140 pounds of pecans liberated from the 100 block of Blackshear Avenue.

Felony liberations in the 700 block of Marion Street as $750.00 was discovered to be missing from a house.

A smart phone liberated from a residence on the Swamp Road.

Liberators visited a business in the 400 block of St. Marys Drive and scored a computer monitor and cash. Entry by kicking in the front door scores bonus points! A GPS unit was also liberated from a vehicle on the premises.

Lawn mowers were liberated from the 1800 block of Geary Road.

The 1900 block of State Street had an iPad liberated from a vehicle that was parked at a convenience store.

Criminal damages at the Pike Swamp Hunting Club as roofing tacks were placed in the roadway and tires were damaged.

The 4100 block of Leanne Road was visited by liberators who scored a Play Station 2, along with three movies.

A battery charger, hedge trimmer, and saw were liberated from the 4200 block of Driggers Road.

A bicycle with a basket was liberated from the 1000 block of Columbus Street
A 14 foot aluminum boat, along with an Evinrude gas motor and a trolling motor were liberated from the 1900 block of Knight Avenue. Also liberated were two air compressors and a GPS unit.

Another heartless bastard as an Australian blue heeler dog liberated from the 2800 block of the Johnny Minchew Road.

A Huffy bicycle liberated from the 2200 block of Devandrene Road.

Checks from a local business were liberated from a house in the 2200 block of Hilliard Avenue.

A vehicle that had been liberated in Walterburg, NC. Was recovered in the 2200 block of Flora Street.

An Xbox 360 and assorted saws were liberated from the 6800 block of Dave Bennett Road.

A 32 inch TV, computer, and Xbox 360 with games liberated from Ware Manor Apartments in the 500 block of Walnut Street.

A 19 inch TV and DVD player liberated from the 1500 block of Roosevelt Street.

A PlayStation 3, XOOM pad, and Nintendo Wii were liberated from the 200 block of Lindsey Street.

An Xbox 360 was liberated from the 1400 block of Clough Street.

A laptop computer and cash were liberated from the 100 block of Regan Circle.

A nailgun was liberated from a business in industrial park and then pawned at a local pawn shop.

2 air conditioner units were liberated from the Sioux Bee Honey building in the 2100 block of Industrial Boulevard, along with copper tubing and a ramp with handrails.

Telephone cable and copper tubing liberated from the 500 block of Elizabeth Street.
A washing machine, dryer, heater, and stove liberated from a house in the 2300 block of Eastover Drive. The evicted tenant is the prime suspect.

Scrap metal, a couple of grills, tractor weights, an air compressor, and stainless steel sink liberated from the 5700 block of Circle Road.

Copper tubing and light fixtures were liberated from the 400 block of Fireman Street.

Waycross GA's Accused Child Molester Raymond Wilson Heading to Grand Jury!

Ware County Chief Magistrate Natham Grantham has ordered accused child molester Raymond Wilson's case to be presented to a Grand Jury!

Arrested on 7 warrants,including counts of child molestation, aggravated child molestation, and sexual battery involving 2 and 3 year old girls at the day care center in which his wife operated, Wilson is being held without bond.

Janice's Day Care Center, located at 1232 Columbus Street was shut down a few weeks ago, and our information on that can be found by clicking HERE.

The details that were discussed in the court room include broken hymens, tears, bleeding and other details that make normal people sick to their stomach with sheer disgust and absolute revulsion.

We would like to state that Wilson is innocent until proven guilty.

Hopefully, the truth will come out in the process and we will find the innocence or guilt of Wilson.

If Wilson is innocent, a mans life has been ruined.

If Wilson is guilty, the he and his wife, should see a punishment fitting for the crime.

Perhaps is Wilson is found guilty, we should allow for the parents of these innocent victims to administer true justice?

Prison just ain't enough for crimes involving children.

With those possession of marijuana charges, along with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana within 1000 feet of public housing, along with a bonus prize for loitering, you have proven to be another piece of debris that doesn’t deserve to breath the same air as the good citizens of Waycross GA. After running from the popo like a little girl, you got snagged and awarded your prizes. We’re sure however, that you’re back plying your trade again as we speak.

Welcome to DeAnna Maria Bennett, age 35, from the AlMar Motel at 2188 Memorial Drive, Room 21. You get to sit on the back row of the WCPA meeting because you only had your crack and your crack pipe when busted. You got to sling some of that to sit in the front row girl!

WCPA membership awarded to Adrin A Williams, age 24, from 1335 Mary Street! This aspiring young church-going boy was awarded membership with an honorary degree in sales of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of marijuana within 1000 feet of public housing. Great job Adrian for keeping those poor folks in the projects supplied with your goods!

Welcome to Vernon Brent Dowling, age 26, from 7010 College Avenue in nearby Blackshear, along with Ashley Taylor Corbitt, age 26 of Wadley Road, and Jamie Hershel Davis, age 36, from 280 HISTORIC Gilmore Street for your possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to distribute charges. After learning of their activities, local PoPo got these fine young men in a traffic stop and gave them membership papers into the WCPA.

Krystal Lee, age 24, from 1740 Dasher Street has been admitted into the WLS for felony liberations by taking.

A warm welcome to Bennie Eric Freeman, age 42, from 1103 1/2 Mary Street after being captured for the liberation of a vehicle back in September 2011.

Welcome to Raynard Shurman Johnson, age 29, from 506-B Wilkerson Street for liberating a vehicle, and a bonus membership into the WCPA for the possession of Schedule III and Schedule IV drugs. Johnson was captured for the liberation of a vehicle from the 500 block of Perham Street that he had crushed at our local “magical” recycling facility.

We have a fine church-going youth coming into the WLS! Welcome to Clara Lowmon, age 17, after your arrest for entering a mobile mansion in the trailerhood in the 500 block of Cherokee Avenue. Nothing better than to see our youngsters motivated at such an early age!

A 4 ton air conditioning unit liberated from the 2000 block of Brogden Road.

The 500 block of Perham Street was visited by liberators who scored a 1962 Ford car from the lot at a vacant house. In an effort to reduce costs, the Georgia Board of Regents approved the mergers of eight public colleges, with Waycross College being one of them to be merged.

With that being said, let's examine a few of the post merger efforts and comments:

A massive effort was undertaken to fill at least 5 buses and send them to the meeting in Atlanta where the Board of Regents were to meet.

Approximately 120 people from Waycross went to said meeting.

One attendee, the "Reverend" Fer-Rell Malone has stated that their attendance "did have an impact".

Well "Reverend", I would agree that your attendance did have an "impact", however not in the manner in which you think.

The vote? Your attendance did not have an impact on that at all.

The shirts that stated "Do Your Homework"? They probably had an impact. After all, there is nothing better than going to a meeting where people have already done the study, made the correct financial decision, and get faced with shirts that basically accuse them of being stupid.

"Do Your Homework"? What do you think that the research and the cost cutting measures were about? They were the homework.

Waycross just didn't make the cut!

And to further piss on their leg, the comments that the people of Waycross felt "disrespected" by their process and that you DEMAND that they respect the Waycross community????

All we need to do now is bring in the "Reverend" Jessie and the "Reverend" Al to complete this gig.

Respect is not an item that can be demanded, for respect must be earned.

Respect is earned when you play within the rules, color between the lines, and accept the decisions that are in the best interests of the taxpayers as a whole, not just in your little world of Waycross GA.

In a nutshell, whenever you demand to be respected, or you state that you have been disrespected, you're dragging out that whining card that is ever so popular.

It's not a matter of being "disrespected".

You were told NO, and you don't like it.

This has nothing to do with disrespect on the part of the Board of Regents, however it does show a complete and total lack of class on those that were "disrespected".

Perhaps next time that the good "Rev-Rend" gathers up a group to go to Atlanta, it would be best to drive the official vehicle for those "disrespected" people.

As the investigation continues, Janice’s Day Care, from 1232 Columbus Street has been shut down with an emergency order by Bright from the Start, the division of the State of Georgia that regulates day care centers.

Children entrusted into the hands of Janice Wilson have allegedly been molested by her husband, Raymond Wilson, age 63.

With recent molestation charges being levied, the old case from 2006 has been reopened as well, and Raymond Wilson has been charged with more molestation charges.

Child molestation charges along with sexual battery on a child charges have been awarded to Wilson, and more charges and further arrests are anticipated as the case progresses. Bail for Wilson has been denied.

So parents, continue to watch your children, because even in the “safest” of places where your children should be taken care of, there may be a sick bastard just waiting to get their jollies.

There has been much talk about this incident and who is and who is not to blame. All of the talk however, is just plain cheap.

Janice Wilson was entrusted to keep these children, and to keep them safe.

Christopher Lee Smith, age 30, of Waycross GA, guilty of using a Craigslist ad to arrange for sex with an 8-year-old named “Jess” through a woman he believed to be her foster mother.

Smith's wife, Tabatha Smith, age 29, stated that she had to hear the things that her husband told an undercover about what he wanted to do to the girl which he believed to be a year younger than his oldest daughter.

Nabbed in the "Operation Sheepdog", the sting involved some sick perverts from Duval, Clay, Nassau, Volusia, Alachua and Osceola counties in Florida, as well as some of those sick bastards from Georgia as well.

Criminal damage as a man reported to the Ware County Popo that someone scratched the word LIAR on his truck. Bold and beautiful, the word LIAR was 3 feet long. The man’s wife stated that his girlfriend did it, the girlfriend stated that the wife did it, and the man just doesn’t know who did it (and probably don’t know where his penis was last either).

Nothing better than a good cutting! Kelli Danielle Jones, age 18, from nearby Alma was arrested when a Waycross Popo responded to SRMC for a person that had been cut. The victim, who resides in the 100 block of Havanna Avenue is expected to be charged as well, because it appears that he hit her in the face. Of course, neither one knows anything, but we’re going to have a big ole’ round of family violence charges to award.

Yet another armed liberation, this one on Walter Street. A man reported that he was stopped in his vehicle when a colored man came up and demanded money. A cell phone and cash were liberated.

Billups, Hopkins are Re-elected. - This is correct!

And the first statement in the article is absolutely, positively 100% correct!!!

"Voters in Waycross Tuesday solidly endorsed the status quo."

Absolutely, 100%, positively true and correct. Status quo has been endorsed!

Enough of their blather, let's do some commentary:

On the status quo, we can all agree. Status quo is here, it's here to stay, and it will continue its watch on the destruction of our fair city.

While progress is a word that is much talked about in Waycross GA, it is just that and only that. A word that is talked about with much ado.

When our "leadership" in Waycross wants to see progress, they look in the dictionary between pompous and puerile, for that is the only place that they can seem to find it.

Progress? 28% of the city voting population turning out?

Progress? 11% of the county voting population turning out?

That's not progress people.

That's called getting what we deserve.

The latest Bear sightings, activities, and captures as the crime wave comes crashing in on the Enema City, known as Waycross GA!

Join in the fun, the frolics, the armed robberies, and more as we pay homage to these fine church-going individuals in Waycross GA.

Starting out with the following new members being nominated for full fellowship in the Waycross Curbside Pharmaceutical Association (WCPA):

Congratulations to Joseph William McDonald Jr., age 32, from 406 HISTORIC Gilmore Street for your crack cocaine possession charges.

Welcome to Luther Jerome Garyer, age 20, from the projects at 301 Garlington Avenue, Apartment 84, with possession of marijua with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana within 1000 feet of public housing. This one going to get your gramma kicked out?

Derrick Goodman, age 21, from Waycross, charged with possession of crack cocaine as officers noticed a “bulge” in the colored mans pocket while on his bicycle. But who’s looking? Lol

Congratulations Reginald Charles Jackson, age 29, from 610 Eads Street, and Erica Dawn Waters, age 17, from 6904 Nora Circle in nearby Blackshear after their admittance into the WCPA for possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute. After neighbors complained about the drug sales at the 610 address of HISTORIC Eads Street, the popo finally showed up and executed the warrant and granted admission into the WCPA.

Mark Anthony Cook, age 49, from the 406 address of HISTORIC Gilmore Street, admitted into the WCPA after his possession of marijuana with intent to distribute charges. Caught down on crime plagued Sweat and Marion Streets, 14 baggies of the herb of the vine were found in his possession.

Congratulations to Darian Montrell McDaniel, age 21, of Waycross, who was awarded membership into the HCPA (Homerville Curbside Pharmaceutical Association). After a routine traffic stop, the smell of marijuana, the false name, the attempt to flee, and the taser, McDaniel was charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, driving on a suspended license, seat belt violation, and obstruction.

Yet another score by the Homerville PoPo as they welcomed another Waycross resident into the HCPA! Congratulations going out to Emmanuel B. Simpson for your assorted charges. Here’s the lowdown. Traffic stop, marijuana found, loaded gun found. Charges include possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Finally, we’ve got some thugs that have done it up right! An armed robbery at Kent’s Automotive on US1 South, a high speed car chase, a GSP helicopter coming in to be a spotter, downtown Waycross locked down, a car crash, a foot chase, and more! Two colored men from Albany GA came to Waycross to do show the local boys how it’s done. Evoyea Alonzo Jones, age 21, from 1514 McArthur Street in Albany GA, and Dexter Devon Gary, age 24, from 1208 Maryland Drive in Albany GA came to do their dirty deeds. Aggravated assault, armed liberation and kidnapping were some of the charges. Wearing ski masks and jump suits, an employee was “pistol whipped”, one employee had his breakfast liberated, and the bandits fled. Firing shots (and missing!), car chases, travels into the HISTORIC area of Waycross, and then finally hiding in a dumpster, these animals were taken off of the streets. Dexter Devon Gary, age 24, from 1208 North Maryland Drive in Albany has been arrested as well for being the “get-a-way” driver for multiple traffic charges and other charges.

And another home invasion in Waycross GA! Derek Justin Spence, age 25, and Justin Spencer Johns, age 25, both from 2581 New Jersey Avenue made a house call in the 2000 block of Prescott Street with a baseball bat. Wearing masks and gloves, kicking in the door, and the beatdown started with a baseball bat. Spence was quickly arrested, but it took a little longer to find Johns, who was hiding in the closet like a little girl. Guess that bat ain’t no match for a gun is it? Pills, a cell phone and cash were liberated by the pair.

A big welcome to Yalonda Evette Johnson, age 37, from 623 Eads Street, Reuben Alexander Conley, age 19, from 1607 Alderman Drive in nearby Douglas, Sam Marrell, age 21, from 701 St. Marys Drive, and Nathaniel Johnson, age 21, from 623 Eads Street after your arrest for liberations and the use of a vehicle during the commission of a felony. An alert citizen called 911 to report that items were being liberated from the 900 block of Naomi Street, and the popo did their work. 22 bicycles and spare parts were recovered.

A couple of fine church-going you men admitted into the WLS after their pecan heist! Welcome to Jason Dewayne Sowell, age 30, and Gabriel Joshua Parr, age 32, both from 2845 Albany Avenue. Here’s the Cliff Notes version of the story: A skinny young YT wearing a black hoodie entered a home but was frightened off by the lady of the house. PoPo responded, setting up a perimeter, and soon found buckets of pecans and burlap bags lying in a field. In comes the tracking dog, who enjoyed the scent of the liberator so much that he just had to taste him after finding him in a thicket. While the 4 legged police officer was chewing on Parr’s leg, other officers came and slapped him down with the cuffs. Meanwhile, over at 2845 Albany Avenue, Sowell was found hiding like a little girl in a vehicle, where he was arrested. Two other people in the car with Sowell stated that they didn’t know anything. That story has not held up however as Rosemary Elizabeth Parr, age 28, has been charged with felony liberation by taking and party to the crime of liberation for assisting her husband and the other church-going boy with their crimes.

As the pecan liberations continue, we have Felicia Nicole Williams, age 27, from nearby Argyle, along with Daniel Scholtes, age 17, and Alexander Edwin Fuller, age 17, both from the projects at 301 Garlington Avenue, Apartment 117 being busy! After being warned off from a pecan orchard for their illegal liberation of pecans, the Police were called in an found where the subjects were headed. Finding their parked car in the trailerhood on Cherokee Avenue, the arrests were made and the 20 pounds of pecans recovered.

PROBATION VIOLATIONS and entering auto charges awarded to Daniel Goins, age 31, from 164 Sunset Drive.

Deposit account fraud for 1256.84 in the 400 block of Hicks Street as a bounced check came back to the business owner.

Fraud in the 500 block of HISTORIC Williams Street with Dish Network TV.

And here we go again! A wallet containing a large amount of cash (probably rent money), along with prescriptions for Loricet, Oxycodone, and Xanax were liberated from the 1700 block of HISTORIC Reynolds Street (South GA Parkway), as the vehicle owner left his wallet in the vehicle and the window half way down. We still got the bridge for sale 55 miles east of Brunswick as well…..

Fraud in the 800 block of Garlington Avenue as a company credit card was used to make purchases in Georgia and Florida for over 29,000.00.

A Nissan Truck liberated from the 1200 block of Church Street.

A safe containing personal papers liberated from a house in the 500 block of Walnut Street.

Fraud in the 1200 block of Bailey Street as a checking account was used in Hong Kong and another location.

Felony liberation by shoplifting in the 2400 block of Memorial drive as GPS systems and Blu-Ray DVDs were liberated.

Armed liberation in the area of the 1400 block of Tebeau Street as a man caught a ride with a group of men, and upon arriving at his destination, the gun came out and the money, cell phone and debit card were liberated.

Felony liberations charges for Tonya Tucker, age 56, from 2036 Ellis Lane in nearby Blackshear after being charged with liberation by deception in the 1200 block of Euclid Avenue.

Armed robbery on Dorothy Street as a man riding his bicycle was confronted by a liberator with a gun. The victim stated that he was forced to go behind a business in the 700 block of Riverside Avenue and take off his clothes. The liberator allegedly took the man’s clothes and money, along with the front tire and chain from his bicycle.

Fraud galore for Scotty Dwayne Stewart, age 24, of 4185 Church Street for the liberations by financial card fraud that he has been treating merchants all over town to.

Another fraudster as Cathy Simmons, age 35, from 512 Cherry Street was arrested and charged with felony deposit account fraud for her $1256.00 bad check to a repair shop in the 400 block of Hicks Street.

And, we have another fugitive hiding in Waycross! Samantha Bolden, age 39, was recovered at Peachwood Apartments at 801 Naomi Street, Apartment 522, as warrants were served here, and then it was discovered that more were to be had in Nassau County Florida.

With all due respect to Elder Bill Mullis, Guest Columnist for the Waycross Journal-Herald, you should really examine the following statement in your November 3, 2011 article entitled "Remember The Sabbath Day To Keep It Holy!".

As you extoll the evils of alcohol consumption and sales with all of the horrible effects that go along with it, one particular quote stands out.

Your quote:

"In addition, our founding fathers believed in following the word of God."

An examination of the historical facts would have been in order here, so that you could have found such noteworthy quotations such as these:

"Beer is living proof that God loves us and wants to see us happy." (Benjamin Franklin)

"Wine is necessary for life." (Thomas Jefferson)

"My manner of living is plain...a glass of wine and a bit of mutton." (George Washington)

Colonial Americans probably drank more alcohol than any other generation of Americans, with the Revolutionary War generation following in a close second.

Going back to the Mayflower, there was even more beer loaded on that ship than there was water!

Beer for breakfast, cider throughout the day, alcohol most all of the time.

Washington, Franklin, and Jefferson even brewed and enjoyed their own beverages.

The person of those times that most relates to your opinion of today would be John Adams, who saw alcohol as the devil, just as you do.

Many religious services were even held in the pubs!

And before you go extolling the "Christian" virtues of the founding fathers, you should once again crack open the history books for such comments as:

Charges included open container, no tag, no insurance, possession of alcohol by a minor, possession of marijuana, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

The passenger, Kenneth Bryant Crews, was charged with an open container violation, possession of marijuana, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

In an ever increasing attempt to mimic the actions of some other cities, the Waycross City Bearkeepers have attempted to slip their latest version of landlord ordinances on the population.

Spearheaded by Waycross GA Bearkeeper #2 Pastor, Non-Profit Enthusiast, and the man in charge of one of the great SLUM DISTRICTS in Waycross known as Hazzard Hill, William Simmons in his latest attempt to turn Waycross into a city that Joseph Stalin would be proud of, Simmons has once again attempted to ram his landlord ordinances past the citizens.

However..... the landlords/citizens responded with a resounding:

HELL NO!!!

HELL NO!!!

HELL NO!!!

While Waycross GA Bearkeeper and Mayor, Clarance "Red-Eye" Billups assured the crowd at the city meeting that "no changes have been written in stone", it has not and is not going to go away.

The proposed ordinances would include such things as:

Additional fees

Privacy invasions

Purchase of a business license

Annual inspections

and much, much more.

As more and more people and investors attempt to flee from Waycross, the question must be asked:

Why?

Why the additional burden on landlords and tenants that are already struggling to pay their bills, keep their property up, and contribute to the city?

Why?

Why make it more difficult on the landlords that are trying to improve their properties in the city?

Why?

Why the proposed new regulations (and pay attention here), when THE CODE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT ENFORCE THE ONES THAT ARE ON THE BOOKS NOW?

Why?

Why not just FAIRLY & EQUALLY ENFORCE THE CURRENT CODE?

WHY??? WHY??? WHY???

Here's some thoughts for all of you educated idiots up at Waycross City Hall:

1. Fire everyone in the Waycross Code Department.

2. Stop the selective enforcement that is done by the Waycross Code Department.

3. Do not meddle with code violations because of your friends or your politics.

4. Throw away your unwritten "Do Not Touch" list that the code department employees are forbidden to cite.

5. Enforce the current code!

As long as there are people like you, there will be a need for this blog. If you feel that you have followed us long enough, then stop following. No one forces you to follow, no one has asked for you to be here.

Waycross does indeed have a swell of problems.

These problems are not getting addressed in the public forum so they will be addressed here.

Finally, the Ware County Commissioners have seen the error of their ways!

Joint meetings between the Ware County Commissioners and the City of Waycross Commissioners have finally came to an end.

After Commissioner Gene Dixon made the motion to end the quarterly joint meetings and with the vote approving, the end is here.

Chairman Brown was not in approval, for he wants for "everybody to get along".

City of Waycross officials are accusing Ware County of conducting a "witch hunt" with the internal audit of the Okefenokee Area Development Authority (OADA), and the tensions between the two boards are running high.

While we normally do not focus or address the issues of Ware County, once again, we will make an exception.

You folks with Ware County did good. The elected officials with the City of Waycross don't give a rat's ass about you or anything that you may think.

Come hell or high water, the African Connection are going to do whatever they want, regardless of any considerations from the citizens or you in the county.

The African Connection don't care about anything except maintaining their power and their ability to control the money.

Talking with the African Connection is nothing more than an exercise in futility.

And a special note to Ware County Commissioner Victor Aldridge:

Your quote: "I want it to be noted that this is not a witch hunt. This is NOT a witch hunt. There is no mechanism in place. We are just being good stewards of the taxpayer's money. It's all about accountability."

Thank you for that.

Your daddy would have been proud of you for standing up and looking after the taxpayer's money. He would not however, have been proud of the funding providing "incentives" (known in the private sector as "bribes") for wealthy corporations, while the poor people suffer.

Please Ware County Commissioners:

Have this audit done right. We don't want to see if the books just balance.

We want to see a performance audit in which complete accountability of OUR money is shown.

According to John Fesperman, Waycross GA is betraying the taxpayers!

September 29, 2011, page 5 of the local propaganda rag has a letter to the editor from Mr. Fesperman, who points out the following:

The City of Waycross is throwing money into the City Auditorium and the National Guard Armory, which are referred to as "black holes".

The "walking track" that is under construction is also mentioned as a waste.

On this point, a correction is in order for Mr. Fesperman. From this point forward, you must refer to the "walking track" by the correct names:

The Waycross GA "Thug Express"

or the short version:

The "Crack Track"

Any way you look at it, we've just got money to burn in Waycross.

It does seem to remind me of an ancient story in Rome, where Nero was fiddling as Rome was burning.

Congratulations on making your first tiny little step into the wonderful world of authorities. While this blog normally speaks to the folly of the City of Waycross and their wacky endeavors, this post is devoted to you.

According to the local propaganda paper and their minion Myra Thrift (and we quote), "outside forces" have over the past year or more brought to bear enough of a "culture of wrong-doing" perspective regarding the performance of the industrial recruitment agency that has enjoyed unprecedented success, especially with the opening of the quarter-billion-dollar biomass plant."

Once again, according to the "staff writer" (a very appropriate description, because she sure is not guilty of being a journalist) Thrift, it has never been articulated by anyone what specifically the OADA staff has allegedly done wrong.

You boys have just stepped in a pile of flaming dog turds here.......

You guys are asking for a 10 year history, and you're hoping that the OADA will comply?

You're HOPING????

If that statement was not so pathetic, it would be amusing. However... it's not.

You boys are at a crossroads here, and I do believe that most of us know which direction you're going.

Here are the two directions:

Direction A: A full performance audit of the OADA, including an accounting of all concessions, land donations, monies, abated taxes, abated water & sewer charges, jobs promised vs jobs delivered, etc. Make sure that you include such successful ventures as Sherrod Vans as well as the 300+ employees to be hired by ERC (those will be easy to spot, because they're going to be the cream of the cream wheeling up in the Lincoln, Cadillac, Lexus, or other luxury vehicles). While you're there, a full audit of all funds spent by the management and staff of the OADA, including those little beach items, all of that liquor, the hotels & meals, and all of the other "perks" that were paid for by our taxpaying dollar. All of this (and pay attention here), by an independent auditing company that does performance audits for a living, not just making sure the books are balanced.

Direction B: A quick audit by Henderson and Godbee to make sure the books balance, thus insuring the public that you, along with the City of Waycross and the OADA have something to hide, doing the Waycross dance of sweeping things under the rug.

While the local propaganda paper beats the drum of everything upbeat and positive, with all being well, some of us know the truth about the rug dance that has gone on here in Waycross for years.

What's it going to be?

When the leader of the OADA also runs the local propaganda paper that will not report anything less than positive about the OADA , the air gets smokey.

Where there's smoke, there's fire, and the OADA is smoking hot.

Will the Ware County Commissioners do the taxpayers justice, or will you be known as:

A "lack of action" by the Waycross Commissioners lost all chances for Waycross to hose the Georgia Department of Community Affairs state conference.

All it would have taken to be in consideration was a resolution from the Bearkeepers to be in support of this conference and Waycross would have been in the running.

Between 200 and 300 people are expected to be at this conference (that won't be located in Waycross), spending money, dining out, staying in local hotels, etc.

Now that we have that statement out of the way, let’s look at just a few of the millions of people in Waycross GA that HATE Mark Hatfield.

Let’s start with the local propaganda paper, and the Staff Writer Myra Thrift with this “quote”:

“Mark Hatfield told the local governmental boards again Wednesday that local economic development is being mishandled and that he stands ready to swoop in and save the day.”

Although it doesn’t apply to the local propaganda paper, rule #1 in reporting is to get the facts and the quotes correct.

While Hatfield did state that our local economic development is being mishandled, I can not find anything where he states that he is coming in to “swoop in and save the day”.

Could it be that Thrift is making “brownie points” with the fearless (actually spineless) leader of such said propaganda outlet, the most honorable Roger Williams and leader of one of those local economic development agencies?

The next “quote” that is wrong:

“The Waycross City Commission again told him, “No thanks”. Yet another dubious piece of propaganda.

All this because we have Hatfield wanting to hold the development authorities accountable. Hatfield has requested a performance audit, which was shot down, and now wants an oversight committee that is being shot down as well.

While the City of Waycross (actually only the elected officials and teat sucking authority members) consider Hatfield a meddlesome and ineffective state representative, the voters continue to elect him.

City of Waycross Mayor Billups is not interested in any accountability.

Ware Commissioners Dixon and Turner are in favor of the committee and accountability.

However, Ware Commissioner Nelson suggested the setup “stay the way it is”, with development authorities and the chamber of commerce spearheading economic development efforts (and pay close attention to this next statement from Nelson) WITH THE GOVERNMENTS PAYING CLOSER ATTENTION TO THE ACTIONS OF THE AGENCIES.

Paying closer attention to hiding things better perhaps???

We still have accusations swirling about the tax breaks and incentives given with no records of performance.

Allegations of misuse of funds by OADA officials.

Yarbrough noted that creating the committee would mean getting people involved who don’t know the first thing about industrial recruitment.

Disgraced Carrol Wilson, formerly a City of Blackshear Police officer, has been indicted in neighboring Pierce County.

Charges include violation of oath by public officer and theft by extortion, both of which are felonies.

Wilson is accused of threatening to arrest an illegal immigrant driver, but then allowing him to leave the scene.

A positive piece of news for our dying city as the merger of the Satilla Health Services (SHS) Hospital and the Mayo Clinic of Jacksonville FL appears to be close to a reality.

SHS is the largest employer in Ware County with 1200 plus employees, in addition to all of the support required by local physicians.

SHS will be well served by having the quality reputation of the Mayo Clinic added to its reputation. With so many people leaving the area to go to other growing hospitals in Alma, Brunswick, Jesup, Douglas, Jacksonville and more, this development should help insure that more of our residents and the money stay in the local area.

A Georgia State Parolee was arrested in Waycross GA. Perry Deangelo Smith, age 27, from 620 North Cypress Street in nearby Jesup was arrested in our fine little church-going town.

Smith has an arrest record and list of charges too numerous to list for fear of crashing the entire internet, so let's just say that he's pretty much a worthless piece of bovine excrement that would have been best served by a bullet to the head.

Also arrested were:

Lasheral Deyonna Burroughs, age 33, from 934 North Coffee Street from nearby Nicholls

Ashley Shonta Alderman, age 20, from 607 Milton Sellers Road from nearby Baxley

Randy Lee Teston, age 29, from the trailerhood at 503 Cherokee Avenue, lot 28.

Smith, the parolee walking the streets with us, is the same Smith that shot at law enforcement officers in Telfair County in the year 2010.

As the bodies keep piling up, yet another murder in our little "church-going" town.

Jeffery Ruben Morgan, age 38, from a Rubes Lane address has been arrested and charged in the murder of Chester Eugene Boyd, Jr.

An assortment of law enforcement agencies were involved in the investigation, the autopsy, and they have ruled out that Mr. Boyd died from a "self-inflicted" gunshot wound.

Morgan appears to be the shooter, having shot Mr. Boyd at close range with a 12 gauge shotgun. The drinking buddies evidently had some type of disagreement or altercation, and one of them was left dead.

By a split 3/2 vote, the issue of Sunday Alcohol Sales will be on the ballot for Waycross GA.

The Commissioner/Reverend William Simmons voted against giving the citizens the right to vote on this issue. Understandable.

The Commissioner/Vacationer Diane Hopkins voted against giving the citizens the right to vote on this issue. Understandable, since she's in Fernandina Beach Florida about every weekend anyway, and you can get your liquor down there 7 days a week.

Simmons is opposed to extending the selling of alcohol to 7 days per week. As a pastor, we must wonder why Simmons can vote for the sale of alcohol on the other 6 days of the week when the City of Waycross issues licenses.

The Rev-Rend Fer-Rell Ma-Lone Sr. was as always, active and vocal at the commission meeting, this time living large in the past as he recalled a newspaper story in the late 1800's that called Waycross "The holiest city in Georgia".

Perhaps if the good Rev-Rend would devote his time to the plan of salvation instead of buying up and blighting all of the slums in Waycross, Waycross could become a holy city once again?

All this talk, so wasted.

Perhaps if the people getting their check from the City of Waycross would open their eyes, they would see the alcohol being sold in Waycross on Sunday without the approval of the voters.

Being sold without the business licenses.

Being sold out of houses and apartments in the HISTORIC district of Waycross right under the nose of Gaines......

All it takes is to watch Harveys grocery store on Saturdays and watch a few of the old colored men loading the trunks in preparation for opening their bar on Sunday.

Bring out the crying towel and let's start drying up those crocodile tears as once again, our local "media" have proven to be nothing more than a propaganda organization for the local authorities and elites.

If you haven't done it yet, please go and pick up a copy of the Waycross Journal-Herald from Thursday, August 18, 2011 and turn to page 5.

On page 5, look at the column "Phoenix Funding Denied".

Let's look at this and express a few opinions:

"Truly unfortunate that Waycross city officials have seen fit to preside over the foreclosure of three downtown landmarks"

Waycross city officials Jack III? Perhaps you should place the blame where it belongs and state it this way:

The Downtown Waycross Development Authority (DWDA) has seen fit not to pay its bills and is responsible for the foreclosure of three downtown landmarks.

You should also state that the DWDA placed the Rail Depot and the REA building up for collateral to secure the note on the Phoenix Hotel.

Marian Solomon-Gaines? Now we would both agree that that is one mean-spirited colored woman that really has a chip on her shoulder. You won't find anything from her that will benefit Waycross as a whole. What you will find is a voting record of preferential treatment towards the colored population in Waycross.

Ms. Gaines motion a "cynical NO" to DWDA?

Of course! Just study her voting record and you would have seen this one coming from a mile away!

The "denial" of $143,000.00 in funding so that Cypress Creek Restaurant would have a facility to move into?

Why does Cypress Creek not do like every other restaurant and go into a facility and build it out to their specifications? Why have we waited 5 years to do anything in the facility and now only attempt to do things in a time of crisis?

Norman Davis? Now that one is funny as well!

Norman (Little Jessie Jackson Jr.) Davis loves to throw that race card better than anyone else on the commission. Norman wants to make sure that those poor colored people in Waycross get theirs from Uncle Sugar, because he does not think that they are smart enough to make it on their own. Norman also believes that YT is responsible for all of the problems in the colored communities.

After all, we know that the repaving of Bunche and Bethune Streets are going to solve all of the problems of those poor colored folk in his community. Don't we?

III, why are you now whining and bitching about the City Auditorium and the National Guard Armory?

Why now?

Only because you and your band of development authority friends got their hands slapped and the cookies taken away.

You III, should have been at the forefront of the foolishness going on up at the Waycross City Hall.

You III, should have been at the forefront of bringing the disinfecting power of daylight on the Reverend and his crew.

You III, should have been at the forefront of explaining to the citizens of Waycross how the good Reverend has contributed so much to the blight in Waycross with his purchase of historic properties, the blight that comes upon them, the shell games that are played, and the foreclosures that have happened.

Now, and only now, you want to complain?

Now, III, you complain that the wishes of the Reverend carry more weight at City Hall than the defunct DWDA, the Jones Company, Danny Yarbrough, and Jack Lott?

Now you want to complain?

And you wonder why your organization has no credibility?

You are the answer.

Selective reporting of the news, and the truth be damned.

You repeatedly call this blog the "Hate Waycross Page", yet you have your very own bias of the news and events?

You can't say that you haven't had the opportunity to respond, because you did receive the invitation to become a guest writer here, yet you chose not to respond.

Money, money, money, money, and more money.

We all got plenty of money, we don't pay nearly enough in taxes (lol), but yet we've got another development authority that is near foreclosure in Waycross GA.

Congratulations to the Downtown Waycross Development Authority (DWDA) for getting into the situation that you now find yourself in.

If the City of Waycross doesn't bail you out tonight, you're going to lose the Phoenix Hotel, the Railroad Express Agency, and the Waycross Rail Depot buildings.

Blame it all on the "Beef O'Brady's" that didn't come. That's the ticket!

Because Beef O'Brady's didn't come, no one else would come either, so much of the Phoenix Hotel remained vacant.

The Jones Company is offering to pay double their lease, extended by five years, to pay off the DWDA debt, "if" money is raised to finish off the downstairs space amd make it available to Cypress Creek Restaurant.

Four of the five commissioners are expressing "concerns" about giving the money to the DWDA, but Yarbrough is full speed ahead and ready to go with it.

Perhaps Yarbrough is so willing because his business is located only a block away?

Could that perhaps be a conflict of interest?

Should Yarbrough abstain from voting in order to rise above the appearance of a conflict of interest?

We got money to spend on the defunct City Auditorium, overruns in the costs of the City of Waycross Police Station, midnight basketball to fund at the old National Guard Armory, a swimming pool to keep up in Bailey Heights that the little colored children don't use, so what's another couple of hundred thousand dollars?

Come on Gaines, Simmons, Davis, and Hopkins.

DON'T CAVE IN!

It's time to combine all of these development agencies that we have around here and hold them accountable.

Give them hell Norman Davis. Throw that race card out there and remind everyone how the "African-American" community has been neglected and it's time to make things right.

The target this time was a Carswell Avenue man who was victimized by a colored man, Jarquise Rashad Plummer, and a yet to be identified other individual on Sunday, August 14, 2011.

Tied up and living large with a gun pointed at his head, this resident of the trailer-hood in the 1900 block of Carswell Avenue was shaken, but not injured.

Demanding money, the victims seemed to know that the resident had more than he was giving up, but they did score his watches, a gold chain, and a cell phone.

Police are now seeking to arrest Jarquise Rashad Plummer, age 20, from guess where:

GARLINGTON AVENUE!

What a surprise...

Armed robbery, false imprisonment, terroristic threats and acts, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, burglary, and interfering with a 911 call will be some of the charges waiting on these thugs.

You have just got to love this bunch at the Waycross GA City Hall!

Struggling with the hard decisions, not knowing what to do.

Do we spend the money finishing the restaurant space in the old Phoenix Hotel in order that we get a big fancy restaurant in downtown Waycross?

Do we keep working on the City Auditorium, spending untold millions of dollars on a defunct facility that will be able to successfully have events with 300 people or so, right next door to the crime-plagued HISTORIC Oak Street area?

Do we jump on that recently acquired National Guard Armory and start our spending gone wild program there? After all, some of our "leadership" are ready to start "midnight basketball" there, while the good people are either in bed asleep or working.

Decisions, decisions, decisions.

All the while, we have buildings in Waycross that are in danger of being foreclosed on, while our "leadership" does nothing.

So many directions that our "leadership" is being pulled, and one of them will be to reach in and pull more from the wallets of the few taxpaying citizens that we have left here in Waycross.

Starting out with the following new members being nominated for full fellowship in the Waycross Curbside Pharmaceutical Association (WCPA):

A well stocked curbside pharmacy was found at the residence of Gregory Demeer White, age 37, at 807 Atlantic Avenue, in the “safe” neighborhood of Cherokee Heights in Waycross. The 10:45 pm raid by the City of Waycross Police netted crack cocaine, cocaine, ecstasy (MDMA), and marijuana. Possession and intent to distribute charges have gained White full fellowship immediately into the WCPA.

Antonio M. Hardy, age 35, from 811 Pittman Street has joined the WCPA after his charges of possession of crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute were awarded during the raid at his home.

Jerome Elijah Martin, age 20, from Peachwood Apartments at 801 Naomi Street, unit 113, was charged with marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, and assorted traffic charges.

Doyle Glenn Arnold, age 45, from 2435 Park Avenue, admitted to the WCPA after sales of Schedule III drugs to an undercover operative.

Calvin Arthur Rollins, Jr., age 27, from Albany Avenue admitted to the association after his charges of possession of drugs not in their original container.

Congratulations go out to these new members of the Waycross Liberation Squad!

Joseph Wayne Standridge, age 22, from 2359 Harvey Thrift Road, and Darrien Williams Waters, Jr., age 22, from 2359 Harvey Thrift Road, have been admitted into the WLS after their capture for the liberations at 2357 Harvey Thrift Road. Once again, we have another PAROLEE, Standridge, out at large in the general public committing more crime. Judges? Prosecutors? Are we taking notes here?

Laura Thomas, age 41, from 1512 Habersham Drive arrested with two counts of forgery and liberation by taking. Welcome to the WLS!

Moving along to the pimps, ho's, deviants and stalkers, we have:

James Santel Smith, age 29, from 1619 Thomas Street, whom we will call a deviant. Thomas has been charged with cruelty to animals after going onto the property of another and shooting several dogs.

On to the thuggery, liberations, bear activity, and general mayhem!

Assault, liberations, and a good ole’ fashioned beatdown in the 1200 block of Parkway Drive as a local man was robbed and beaten when he went to show rental property. Several colored males approached the man, one of them struck him, another started choking him out, and they relieved his of his wallet and cash. Once again, fight crime. Shoot them!

The 1000 block of Riverdale Drive had a vehicle entered and a Louis Vuitton handbag and contents liberated. The ATM is in use around town now.

A 42 inch rental television was reported to have been liberated from the 600 block of Walker Street.

In the 800 block of Colley Street, an air conditioner had the copper stripped.

Liberations in the 1100 block of California Street as jewelry has reported to have gone missing. One of the rings had a “Mom” design. Heartless bastards….

A good 15 year old church going boy was arrested and charged with criminal attempt to liberate.

Some big pieces of 18 inch and 24 inch pipe were liberated from the 3600 block of the Eight Mile Post Road.

A weedeater liberated from the 2800 block of Cherokee Avenue.

A 16 foot trailer liberated from a yard in the 2100 block of West Jackson Street.

Liberators kicked in the back door of a vacant rental in the 1700 block of Franklin Avenue and scored a washer and dryer set.

Jewelry liberated from the 1500 block of Abner Street while a woman was at church. A witness to the event stated that he saw two colored black males hanging around the house.

A couple of good scores in the 800 block of Naomi Street as a 52 inch and 42 inch television were liberated. Bet they were rentals!

A 16 year old church-going boy has been inducted into the Future Felons of America after breaking into a vehicle in the 400 block of Pineview Drive. The other boy fled the scene and was not captured. All this and $1.50 scored in the liberation attempt by the youth.

Another assault as a food delivery driver was dispatched to a residence in the 900 block of Daniel Street. The driver was hit in the back of the head, however he made it back to his vehicle with the thug following demanding the cash and cell phone, while another thug was coming on strong with a tire iron.

Percocet pills were “liberated” from an unlocked vehicle in the 1800 block of Sunnyside Drive. The suspects in the case are Santa Clause, the Tooth Fairy, and Elvis.

The concession stand in the 700 block of Victory Drive was visited by liberators who scored several items and painted graffiti before leaving.

Regan Circle was the location for the liberation of a wallet, money and personal property that was left in a vehicle with the windows down and doors unlocked. The owner was “SHOCKED” to find that her wallet had been liberated. “Shocked”??? Now that’s funny, don’t matter who you are.

Another home invasion in Waycross GA.

This one in the 500 block of South Crawford Street as a female was beaten with a baseball bat and had her vehicle liberated.

The July 25 invasion and beat-down took place as the female answered the door and a colored male asked to use the phone. When the phone was handed off, the male pushed through the screen door and started beating her with a baseball bat.

Several other people entered the home as well, including one that the victim recognized.

Car keys were liberated, along with the vehicle.

The beating has said to be in retaliation for an event last month in which the victim allegedly assaulted a friend of the offender.

The 68,000.00 facility, which was only 53,000.00 over the 15,000.00 budget, was opened, yet not completed, so we have these deaths of animals that YOU trapped inside confined housing without cooling, shade, or a means to fend for themselves.

Mayor Billups, Commissioners, Deron King.... each and every one of you are responsible for this tragedy.

It's time to see some criminal charges and this shelter shut down immediately.

How many thousands upon thousands upon hundreds of thousands of dollars was spend on that defunct Bailey Street Pool project?

All of that money spent, and now.....

BEGGING FOR PEOPLE TO SWIM!

Neighbors and church groups even offering to pay the small fee for admittance.

3 people using the facility on the July 4th Holiday.

What a deal......

Just another one of the projects that the City of Waycross could not afford to get off the ground, depending on donations, but will now be eating the cost of maintaining another unused facility.

You've just got to ask yourself:

Would you allow for your children to play/swim in the crime center of Waycross GA, known as Bailey Heights?

More pandering to the few, more failure for the rest to pay for.

But never fear. This project is going to be considered to be a bargain in time to come. Wait until we start getting the bill for the old National Guard Armory.

Let's look at his questions and discuss the answers:

Question 1:

This is a loaded question that contains more than one question and too many variables to answer it completely. Old Fart will however, answer this question posed by Jamal.

How many people will sue the City of Waycross? A minimum of 5, however the final answer would only be determined if the event actually took place.

How would the money be distributed between the people? That one is easy. Take at least 90% of the value of the City of Waycross liability insurance policy and give it to the lawyers, and the remaining 10% or less would be distributed among the plantiffs.

How long would the money last? Depends on the price of Newports and blunts. (Just kidding!!!)

Question 2: The exact figure of this can only be determined by the spot value of the raw materials on the day a new cover was purchased.

Question 3: Less than 7 hours.

Hello Waycross - Jamal here again.

3 math questions for Mr. Deron King with the City of Waycross, but everyone else is welcome to come up with the answer.

City of Waycross and Mr. King are aware that a manhole cover is missing from Pendergast Street as you can see here.

First the background challange to make the questions interesting.

Azuree has 4 small children.

Antoinette - age 3 - baby daddy Anthony
Cassandra - age 4 - baby daddy Donnell
Jenero - age 5 - baby daddy Tyron
Takesha - age 6 - baby daddy Kelvin

Azuree let her kids walk down to the Flash on the corner of Lee Ave and the kids see the empty hole in the sidewalk. Being the curious children that they are, they start playing around the hole and Cassandra fall in.

Takesha try to save her baby sister, sends Jenero home to find help, Antoinette falls in the canal and drowns while Takesha is trying to save Cassandra, Jenero is abducted by a sex offender and took to the Almar, and Takesha finally falls in and drowns with Cassandra.

Question 1.

How many people are going to sue the City of Waycross, how much money will be collected in total, how will it be distributed between the mama and the daddys, and how long will the money last?

How much money and time would it take to replace this manhole cover that Mr. King has already been informed about?

How long after being posted on the Waycross GA Blog will it take for this to be corrected and the safety of our children be restored?
