Seems that the local popo had been tipped off about these two fine specimens of human debris using the United States Postal Service to SHIP MARIJUANA! Sorry boys, it just didn't work out like you planned. You two are going to sit in the corner at the next meeting wearing your dunce caps. Idiots!

Congratulations and a warm welcome goes out to these new members of the Waycross Liberation Squad (WLS)!
We've had a hard core liberator at work! Kelly Lee Howard, age 27, from nearby Patterson GA came to Waycross and Ware County to show us how a real liberator gets the job done. After liberating a residence in the 1700 block of Smith Road, he was pursued by Ware County Deputies for a time until they stopped the pursuit for safety reasons. Not content with that thrill, Howard proceeded to liberate a wallet from a person at the Flash Foods convenience store that the intersection of Blackshear Avenue and State Street. After the struggle, Howard once again fled, only to be chased by everyone in law enforcement. Traveling through Blackshear Avenue, onto Augusta Avenue, and ending up in the Garlington Heights projects, Howard still would not stop. Back onto Glenmore Avenue, to the South GA Parkway (HISTORIC Reynolds Street), breaking the railroad crossing guards at Carswell Avenue, down to the intersection of Plant and Albany Avenues, and then the crash occurred. You and I also get to pay for the Air Evac Helicopter, the trip to Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, all of his medical care, and await for him to come back to town to face charges of armed liberation by force, residential liberation, attempting to elude the popo, fleeing, speeding in excess of 100 mph, reckless driving, and driving with a suspended license. Get your checkbook ready citizens!
A gang of 5 colored men armed with a knife attempted to rob a victim at the Clay and Williams Street area. The attended victim stated that 5 colored men approached him and one of them pulled a knife demanding his money. Raymond Smith Austile, age 21, from 1307 Margaret Street, and Freddy Lee Horne, age 20, from 813 Arnold McKinney Drive were both arrested a short time later. Austile has been charged with criminal attempt to commit liberation and Horne is charged with being a party to the crime of attempted liberation. Namon Wilcox Jr., age 20, from 813 Arnold McKinney Drive and Alex Taylor, age 24, from 301 Garlington Avenue (Garlington Heights Housing Projects), apartment 113, were later arrested and charged with being a party to the crime of attempted liberation. Malcolm Deshawy O'Hara, age 18, from 818 Wadley Street has been charged as well with being a party to the crime of attempted armed liberation.
Felony liberation by shoplifting at Walmart in the 2400 block of Memorial Drive as a liberator attempted to roll a big screen TV right out the front door. The liberator fled when approached by store security, however DROPPED HIS WALLET IN THE PROCESS OF FLEEING. Waycross PoPo have identified the liberator as Joseph William McDonald, age 31, from 410 Pine Street, who was apprehended in the HISTORIC area of Marion and Burgess Streets.
Chelsea Marie Flowers, age 26, and Bruce Allen Dixon, age 22, both from Waycross GA, were arrested for the liberation of the copper wiring from a mobile mansion in the trailerhood in the 1900 block of Carswell Avenue. After Ware County Code Enforcement Officer James Shubert gave these fine church-going citizens a citation for illegally burning the rubber coating off of the wire, the police started the investigation and it didn't work out so well for these youth.
Princton Reddick, age 22, from nearby St. Marys GA was admitted into the WLS after executing fictitious checks in Waycross. Liberation by forgery charges were in order.

Aggravated stalking action going on by a person who was ordered by a Pierce County Judge to have no contact. This person continues to make calls to his victim who works in the 1400 block of Plant Avenue.
On to the thuggery, liberations, bear activity, mayhem, and general monkeyshines in Waycross!
Liberators made a great haul from a house on Wildwood Lane! Scoring a gold coin valued at $6000.00, a lot of jewelry, crystal and a freezer full of meat, we should have some well blessed and well fed upstanding citizens.
The 2200 block of Ternest Road was visited by liberators who scored an industrial grinder and sander.
DUI and leaving the scene of an accident were the charges awarded to Lawton Anthony Arnold, age 38, from Mill Creek Road. Also awarded were failure to maintain lane and driving with a suspended license. Tracking dogs from Ware State Prison rounded Arnold up.
A wide assortment of tools were liberated from a vehicle parked in the 1900 block of Memorial Drive.
More tools liberated by means of a broken out window from a vehicle parked in the 400 block of Albany Avenue.
And....... here we go again! A bottle of 60 Xanax pills was reported to have been liberated (pay attention here!) from an UNLOCKED car while the owner was inside a restaurant. The driver stated that she went into the restaurant and when she came back out, someone had liberated her pills from the glove box of her UNLOCKED car. We still have the bridge for sale 62 miles east of Brunswick GA as well!
Liberators scored a notebook computer and a debit card from an UNLOCKED vehicle in the 1800 block of Rhoda Street. (Want to bet the computer was a rental?) Still have that bridge for sale!
Speaking of bridges for sale, a rental car was reported to have been liberated at the intersection of Mary and McDonald Street. The person who rented the car (pay attention again!) stopped to see about getting some money to pay for another day on the rental and when she turned around for a brief moment, someone liberated that car!
We have interference with custody going on in the 1100 block of Mary Street as a mother told the police that her cousin had the children and she didn't know where any of them were. And yes, we still have the bridge for sale!
