Porn Peddlers Busted in Waycross GA

Triple X-Porn sales in Waycross GA have led to the arrest of six people.

The City of Waycross Police Department has arrested Yogesh Patel, age 44, Willesia Deneen Neloms, age 24, Andy Patel, age 50, Geetaben Patel, age 40, Paresh Shaw, age 57, and Racquel Gadson Gibson, age 34 and charged with distributing obscene materials.

First of all, let me state that the Waycross GA blog and all participants whole-heartedly support and endorse the Waycross Police Department. With that being out of the way, let’s unwrap the dead fish.

We have problems with this issue. Let’s talk about them.

All of these purchases were made from magazines located in magazine racks.

No nudity was showing.

Everything was concealed with covers.

No harm – no foul?

Not in Waycross GA! Welcome again to Waycross GA. Home of the no alcohol to be served by restaurants on the sidewalks, and now home of no porn to be viewed in the privacy of your own home.

But wait, did the City of Waycross Police get all the porn?????

We think not.

The Waycross Blog is now offering a challenge to the City of Waycross Police Department.

1. Check MediaStream (Waycross Cable) and view the Adult Pay Per View channels.

2. Check Flash Foods and look at their adult magazines. They may or may not have dvds inside, but they are most certainly full of that dreadful raw sex and pure filth.

3. Check all of the Dish Network and Direct TV systems and view the Adult Pay Per View channels.

4. Check all UPS/Fed-X shipments coming into town.

5. Check all of the United States Post Office packages.

Then, and only then, will you begin to address the issue of raw sex and pure filth coming into the community. Once you get that done, then we can start on the sex, incest, molestation and murder that goes on in the Bible.

Come on Bible thumpers! Let’s hear about how I’m going to burn in hell for that comment. Surely I can’t believe that the Bible should be compared to the disgusting porn that’s being sold in convenience stores can I?

Actually, the porn doesn’t bother me any more than it bothers the New You Ministries of Life that is setting up in Yogi’s parking lot on State Street on Saturday selling their barbeque dinners.

Porn is much safer for the citizens than the $5.00 full meal deal that can be had on Oak Street and many of the other fine weed and seed streets in Waycross GA........

  1. Always the same , go after the small guy trying to make a living in this world , while the BIG man with money does the same with no concquinces.

    Same song different verse.

Cannot enjoy a drink on sidewalk in downtown Waycross , and cannot enjoy looking at booty in tour home.

  2. I am the Wholesaler of the DVDs that 3 of these store owners were arrested for. We have sent the best Attorney in the country to defend these men and they will win and sue for damages. The law that Waycross Police used to arrest these men was overturned by the GA Supreme Court and upheld throughout appeal. In other words they were arrested using a law that no longer exists. Even in states where they have a legitimate obscenity law these Adult Dvds have been ruled over and over not to be obscene by the Supreme Court. lets see how much the City will pay. the last city that did this paid over 6-figures.

  4. Charges were dismissed when it was shown the law in question did not exist. Now its on to suing in federal Court. Its a pain in the butt for us but the Lawyers are loving these big settlements.Lets see if the newspaper down there puts this news on the front page.

  5. You know this is one of those stories that won't be seen in the WJH. I hope Waycross has to pay out the ass to settle this. Then they will have to allow sidewalk drinking and behind the counter porn and hell maybe even a Strip Club and Adult "Novelty" Store (both only if in good taste and manner) just to collect the tax from these things to help pay the settlements..... now wouldn't that be something to sit back and laugh at. Please keep us informed on how this turns out....
